Apostle Kenneth Anderson

Kenneth Anderson, Sr. surrendered his life to Christ in August of 1979. Following the leading of the Holy Spirit, he became an Evangelist in July of 1982. He graduated from the Deliverance Bible Institute amongst the top of his class. He attended services at Deliverance Evangelistic Center under the tutelage of the Apostle Ralph Shammah Nichol.

In 1989 the desire was put into Pastor Anderson’s heart to move south to preach the word of God. God opened the door for a transfer to the Post Office in Rocky Mount, North Carolina in May of 1990.

Pastor Kenneth and Sister Janice Anderson began holding Holy Ghost filled services in their home. On December 8, 1993, Pastor Anderson and the God of Deliverance Church family moved from his home into a store front church on Sunset Avenue in Rocky Mount, North Carolina.
Pastor Anderson was ordained as a Pastor in February 1994, under the covering of Bishop Paul A. Thomas, Presiding Prelate of the United Christian Alliance. In the same month, God of Deliverance Ministries was incorporated.

On January 15, 1998, Pastor Anderson and the God of Deliverance Church family moved to their present location at 501 Tarboro Street in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. The power of God began to move and the ministry began to expand. A television and nursing home ministry was started; the Voices of Victory choir was formed along with an Adult and Youth Dance Ministry.

On July 10, 2010 Pastor Anderson was elevate to the Apostleship.

Being a devoted husband, loving father, a prophet and a visionary, as well as an obedient under-shepherd, Kenneth Anderson, Sr. stands as a vessel of honor unto God along with his wife, Assistant Pastor Janice Anderson. Pastor Anderson is a laborer at heart. Throughout this ministry, countless souls have been saved, healed and delivered.
